Deepavali is coming soon. We have previously written about Deepavali here. We have created a video to wish a Happy Deepavali to those celebrating. As we did not post up a blog post in September, we are doing a blog post today after the blog post we posted yesterday so we are making up for the September post.
One of our latest product in our online shop is our handmade hairband. We can customize hairband, headgear and party hats according to your event or party theme. They can be worn for celebrations like Halloween, Christmas, bridesmaid shower or any other celebrations as well as for performances.
An example would be if you are holding a Christmas party and your theme is Christmas Bells. We can make Santa hats with golden bells in accordance to your theme. You can place an order for the number of guests at your event and we will also need to take into account the number of days for us to make the headgears. Some of our products are fully handmade while some are assembled and customised with raw materials purchased, according to our design.
We have a video of our handmade hairband in this post, which is our Bear Ear Hairband. The hairband is made using a normal hairband we purchased, which is then concealed inside felt fabric which we shaped according to our original design. There are many fancy hairbands sold commercially in the mass market, especially with the recent Halloween celebration. However, our hairband is customised according to what you want, so it is special and a bespoke version.
It contains suspense and horror genre, in line with the recent Halloween celebration. Nothing too scary, do not worry. Please take a look at the video to find out more. We hope you had a fun Halloween celebration for those who celebrated.
This post is supposed to be for our February 2018 blog post and we would like to take this chance to wish you a Happy Chinese New Year before it ends. We hope you have had a great Chinese New Year celebration for those who celebrated this festival.
It is the last day of Chinese New Year 2018 today, which is also called Chap Goh Meh. Chap Goh Meh means “the fifteenth night” in Chinese. Chinese New Year lasts for fifteen days every year. We wrote about Chinese New Year in our previous blog post last year and also about the seventh day of Chinese New Year, which is supposed to be a birthday celebration for everyone according to the Chinese tradition.
This year, we did some table decoration for Chinese New Year. We decorated the dinner table with some decoration relevant to the Chinese New Year theme, which usually involves gold and red colour.
By decorating your table, it makes your table look more interesting and enhances your food presentation. Instead of just a plain and simple table, you have a better looking table once it is decorated. It sure will leave a good impression on your guests dining at the table. The decoration gives the table a brighter overall outlook. Just to give you an idea, here is a picture of how the table looks like before and after the decoration has been added.
It definitely looks better once it is decorated. If you are interested in having a decorated table for your next event or celebration and you do not want to do it yourself (perhaps you are too busy or do not know how to), then we can always offer our services to you. We can decorated tables and your venue for events, not just for Chinese New Year, but also for other occassions.
Wishing you a Happy Chinese New Year and a Happy Chap Goh Meh. May you have a prosperous, joyful year with good health, plenty of wealth, happiness and success.
