- If hamper contains food/beverage, we recommend that the food/beverage is consumed within the day of receiving the delivery.
- If your order is intended to be sent out of Penang, Malaysia, we would not recommend your hamper to include perishable items for example food with short-term expiry date.
*Disclaimer : We will not bear the responsibility for any damage and loss if you insist on including perishable items in your hamper for delivery out of Penang, Malaysia. We can only try to seek out methods that can minimize the risk of damage to the items.

- Out of Penang island, it will be sent using courier/by post – to be arranged in terms of delivery charges and waiting time for the courier/post office to process the delivery.
