A bamboo toothbrush is a natural toothbrush alternative to plastic toothbrushes. Eco-friendly and sustainable for the environment. Bamboo can be replanted without much fuss and is fast-growing. You will be using a renewable item when you brush daily. You can reduce the plastic waste in the environment by choosing to use biodegradable toothbrush.
It is recommended to replace your toothbrush every 1 month or so. As this is natural bamboo and with constant exposure to water from your brushing everyday, there is a tendency for the toothbrush to become moldy fast. To keep your toothbrush from molding, wipe the handle with a towel and air dry completely. You can also put it in the sunlight to dry it better. A little sunshine is good, just like how it is good for us.
When you are done and want to change to a new toothbrush, pull out the bristles and put the toothbrush into your home compost kit or into a recycle bin. You can also cover it in soil to let it decompose naturally and return to nature.
